Toby Brown has spent more than two decades building one of Oklahoma City's most active real estate investment and development platforms. With an MBA and deep operational experience across acquisitions, construction, and asset management, he leads The Brown Group with the discipline of an institutional investor and the conviction of a founder.

Under his leadership, The Brown Group has evolved from a single acquisition into a vertically integrated platform capable of executing complex acquisitions, ground-up development, and institutional-quality asset management — entirely under one organizational roof.

Mr. Brown leads all strategic decisions at The Brown Group — including acquisitions, development pipeline management, capital structure, and partnership formation.
